Keychain Login Cannot Be Found
Keychain access opens but it is empty except for a few areas.
Keychain login cannot be found. This will take you to the library folder of your user account. Don t trash it and logout login see if that helps. There are two system keychains listed. But you can recover its items later as long as you know its password.
A quick google threw this up as an issue and a possible solution. We can reset it manually. Based on the information you have provided already i would next delete the login keychain so it can be recreated. Open the keychain access app which is in the the utilities folder of your applications folder.
I have currently got a lot of windows popping up saying my keychain login can not be found for a multitude of applications and seperately i keep getting a pop up asking for my google passward. I keep getting a message keychain microsoft intermediate certificates cannot be found to store safari. It sounds like your local keychain is having trouble storing your icloud information when you try to log in. Navigate to your applications folder then to utilities.
In finder hold down option key on your keyboard click on go menu and select library. Apparently the system can t find it. From the list of keychains on the left side of the window select login from the edit menu in the menu bar choose change password for keychain login enter the old password of your user account in the current password field. If not you can try moving aside your login keychain library keychains login keychain and logout login and then a new one will be created.
Once keychain is open click keychain access in your navigation bar at the top and select keychain first aid. Then from that window open preferences folder and trash com apple keychainaccess plist file. From there open up keychain access.
